Questions buyers ask before ordering

What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 throws on printed and stock-weave bases — with bulk tiers that drop steeply at the quantities a retail range or an alumni programme needs.
How fast will my throws arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and printed throws ship in about 2 weeks. A new jacquard weave adds time on the first order only, because the loom has to be set up and sampled.
Should the design be woven in or printed on?
Woven for a simple mark, a large run and a throw meant to be kept — it appears on both faces and can never crack or peel. Printed for photographic or complex artwork, small runs, and designs that change often.
Why is there a set-up charge on jacquard?
Because the loom has to be set up for your design. It is a genuine one-off, we quote it as a separate line, and we hold it — so every reorder after the first carries none of it.
Will a woven cotton throw shrink?
Up to five to seven percent on the first hot wash unless the yarn was pre-shrunk. We quote the FINISHED size after washing rather than the size it came off the loom at, so what arrives is what you specified.
Why does the fringe matter?
Because on a woven throw the fringe is the warp itself. Unless each group is hand-knotted it will travel in the wash and take the edge of the cloth with it. A cut fringe is a defect sold as a style.
How is this different from a fleece blanket?
Completely. A fleece is a knitted polyester pile, warm and light and technical. A throw is woven or hand-knit cotton and yarn — heavier, more textured, and bought to be looked at as much as used.
Do you redraw artwork?
Yes, free. Weaving and knitting both have a minimum feature size, so fine type and hairline rules disappear. We redraw at the scale the cloth can actually hold and show you the difference on the mockup.
